The contest for the Best flash game title is opened.

As it was the previous time, the organizers announce the Best flash game contest among the participants of the conference.
This year the categories are distinguished – independent developers, studios and large companies.

Apart of the main Best Game, a number of others are added: The Most Creative Game, Future Hit, Women’s Choice and Audience Choice Award . Learm more on each nomination on the Contest page.

We invite everyone to take part in the contest as it would be a great opportunity to remind about your game and and provide oneself good PR as a developer.

Registration for Flash GAMM Moscow 2010 is opened!

This time we have a few types of registration:

Standard Registration includes standard pass for the participants.
The price of the tickets with discounts remains the same – 25$ only.

Premium Registration is for private individuals and the representatives of the companies intended to get maximum effect from the conference.

The advantages of Premium Registration:
- Premium badge means status. Premium badges will look differently than that of the Standard.
- The list of all the Premium participants (their name, position, company and photo at will) who do not represent sponsor companies or corporate registration will be displayed on the Sponsors page of the site.
- The possibility to make an appointment with a Premium participant through the conference site is provided.
If you are going to the conference and you want to announce your presence at the coming conference beforehand, we advise you to choose Premium Registration. Premium Registration fee is 50$.

Corporate Registration is meant for small companies and studios.
It includes:
- Company logo in the right column of the site after Gold and silver sponsors,
- 3 passes (1 Premium and 2 Standard ones),
- company overview on the site
- information on the company in the conference booklet

Flash GAMM Moscow 2010

Previous Flash GAMM, held in Moscow, took place a day before KRI. This year we decided to make the same timing to the event as it is convenient for the participants to arrive at the city and visit two game conferences.

Flash GAMM Moscow 2010 take place on May 13 in Moscow.

If you want to become a speaker you are already welcome to send your applications to flashgamm@absolutist.com. We remind you that speaker’s participation in the conference is free of charge.

Online translation record

During Flash GAMM Kyiv 2009 we made neither audio, nor video records of the lectures. Instead an online translation through Adobe Connect was organized for those who didn’t manage to come.

And though they think that it’s better not to display low quality video in order not to spoil the impression, by popular demand we finally decided to publish the record.
The sound is satisfactory, and as for the video, the slides are clear but the details and texts in small print are illegible. That is why the link o the presentation comments to each slide in order to learn everything at length.

For instance, you may listen to Vitaliy Khit’s lecture “The science of game development” (one of the most informative in the judgment of the participants). If its quality satisfies you then you can safely listen to the others.
Unfortunately, not all the lectures were recorded from the beginning and questions of the auditory, which were not asked into the microphone, can’t be heard.

Nevertheless we hopу that these records will help you to refresh the sense of each lecture in your memory.

Official report

The conference Flash GAMM Kyiv 2009 passed successfully jn December 5-6, in Kyiv!

For two days the conference-room of the Lybid Hotel warmly welcomed the guests from different cities of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Latvia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Holland and the United States.

Totally 183 participants attended the conference. It’s a new record established by our event. And if not for the necessity to close the registration earlier due to the limited capacity of the hall, then we could expected for not less than 200 people. This proves that the interest to flash game industry as well as the the demand for the conference grows year by year.

The first day was devoted to marketing and sales, the second – to the aspects of game development. On the whole 12 lectures were presented and 2 round tables held.

Many visitors made special mention of the conference level rise. And despite of organizing an ideal event without any mistakes is very difficult we hope that our faults were not so material as to influence on the overall impression of the event.

We still have a lot to strive for and to improve, but we are going to apply all the efforts for Flash GAMM to be called one of the best game conferences in the CIS territory by rights.
